For my family, knife Sharpening is more than just an art. Rather, it is a part of our heritage. My business model has its roots in the remote Val Rendena of Italy, which is the quiet epicenter of all precision and industrial sharpening services throughout the western world. When my grandfather immigrated to the United States in the 20th century, he brought this age old trade with him, and built a company known for delivering excellence and quality to his customers, time and time again. Today, I am carrying on this tradition, and am excited to provide you with the highest quality precision sharpening and knife rental service possible.
